After visiting the local butcher for meat and the market for spices, fruits and vegetables, it’s time to learn the secrets of authentic Moroccan fare during a lively and hands-on cooking class at a local restaurant. Examples of recipes include makingbriouattes with kafta (Moroccan-style samosas stuffed with spiced ground beef), tangine of chicken with lemon and olives (a casserole-type dish baked in a ceramic vessel of the same name) and orange slices with cinnamon and rose water (a Moroccan dessert). Finally, you’ll have a chance to enjoy the fruits of your labor during lunch. Inclusions: Transfers, guided visit to the market, demonstration by the chef, lunch and beverages.
